Overview

The prehistoric sea giant Megalodon was one of the largest marine predators of all time. Living between 23 and 3.6 million years ago, it reigned supreme over the oceans, growing up to 18 meters in length. With its massive jaws and impressive teeth measuring up to 17 centimetres long, it was a formidable predator, feeding mainly on marine mammals and fish. Despite its extinction millions of years ago, the Megalodon continues to capture the imagination as a symbol of the power and majesty of prehistoric sea creatures.
